Some Leading Edge computers, such as the Model D2+ and 386 SX PC, came pre‐loaded with Geoworks Desktop Manager on the computer's hard drive. Leading Edge Products, INC placed a claim card into the computer's retail box for a physical copy of the Geoworks Desktop Manager software in the form of diskettes and user guide. Leading Edge computer owners simply needed to fill out the claim card with the pertinent information, affix a stamp and drop the claim card into the mail to receive the physical edition of the software and manual by mail within a few weeks.

Presented is a Leading Edge lapel pin. Not much is known about to whom this pin was awarded, but as with most corporate swag, it was either an employment anniversary or retirement gift, or it may have been given away to attendees at trade shows. Either way, this handsome lapel pin could have graced the suit of any corporate executive or could have acted as a tie‐holder for a company accountant.

The Leading Edge branded Microsoft Multiplan package came with several items within the software pack. One such item was the user registration form, not for a warranty, but for non−disclosure and agreement to utilize the software on only one computer. This legal document would have been unusual to have been included with the software pack intended for end−user consumers. The document likely was intended for use by dealers who were installing pre−bundled software onto Leading Edge computers that they were selling.

Leading Edge issued a beautiful full color informational brochure for potential customers of the Model D computer. Featured within the brochure were value propositions to the customer rather than bells and whistles, though it did convey the possibility of upgradeability for future−proofing. The brochure went on the showcase possible monitor and keyboard combinations and computer configurations. Highlighted configurations were the Model D arranged with the optional 30MB hard drive and RGB color monitor and the Model D configured with dual floppy drives and a high−resolution monochrome monitor in either amber or green.
